Greece is more than a beautiful Mediterranean destination—it is the cradle of Western civilization as we know it today. This is where democracy was born, where philosophers first questioned the nature of existence, where theater and the Olympic Games began. The words we speak, the art we admire, the political ideals we hold—all bear traces of ancient Greece. And yet, beyond its historical significance, Greece today is vibrant and alive, a place where timeless traditions blend seamlessly with modern life.
After years of crafting private and custom journeys to this extraordinary country, Nada’s Italy is proud to unveil our new Legends of Greece small group tour. This is not just another trip to tick off “bucket list” sights. This is a carefully designed experience—born from our love for Greece—that invites you to connect deeply with its history, its landscapes, and its people.

When we first began designing itineraries for our travelers in Greece, we quickly realized something: most tours rush you from one famous site to another, pausing just long enough for a quick snapshot before moving on. The result? You see the “highlights” but never truly experience them.
We wanted Legends of Greece to be different. This journey was built for travelers who want to go beyond the postcard views and immerse themselves in the heartbeat of the country. We won’t just take you to the Parthenon—we’ll help you understand how it became a symbol of human achievement. We won’t just show you a seaside sunset—we’ll give you time to savor it, perhaps over a glass of rich red wine as the Aegean breeze brushes your face.
In short, we want you to live Greece—not just look at it. That means slowing down, creating space for conversations with locals, tasting the flavors that have been perfected over centuries, and letting the rhythm of the land and sea set the pace.
Athens
The cradle of democracy, philosophy, and Western art. We’ll walk in the footsteps of Socrates and Pericles, exploring the Acropolis and its world-class museum, but also wander vibrant neighborhoods where locals sip coffee in the shade of olive trees. Athens is a city where the ancient and modern don’t just coexist—they dance together.

Cape Sounio
Perched high above the Aegean, the Temple of Poseidon has guarded sailors for millennia. Watching the sun sink into the horizon here is more than a photo opportunity—it’s a moment of stillness and wonder.

Nemea
In the heart of Greece’s wine country, Nemea is a land of rolling vineyards and legendary vintages. Here, wine isn’t just a drink—it’s part of the country’s soul, a tradition cultivated for over 3,000 years.

Nafplio
Often called the most beautiful town in Greece, Nafplio enchants with its Venetian architecture, flower-filled balconies, and views over the shimmering Argolic Gulf. It’s a place to wander aimlessly and fall in love with the slower pace of life.

Epidaurus
Home to one of the best-preserved ancient theaters in the world, Epidaurus is a marvel of both architecture and engineering. Built in the 4th century BC, it is famed for its perfect acoustics—you can stand at the center stage and be heard clearly in the very back row.

Olympia
The birthplace of the Olympic Games, Olympia is an archaeological treasure. Here you can walk the original stadium track where athletes competed nearly 3,000 years ago, see the remains of the great Temple of Zeus (once home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World), and explore the museum’s exquisite collection of ancient sculptures and artifacts.

Santorini
Santorini is the Greece of postcards—whitewashed villages cascading down cliffs, blue-domed churches, and the deep blue Aegean stretching to the horizon. But we’ll go beyond the picture-perfect views. At Akrotiri, a Bronze Age settlement preserved in volcanic ash, history feels remarkably alive. We’ll taste wines grown in volcanic soil, sail across the caldera, and soak in the warmth of natural hot springs.
We begin in Athens, where you’ll spend three unhurried days exploring its ancient wonders and vibrant neighborhoods. From there, we venture to the peninsula of Peloponnese, with stops in Nemea for wine tasting, Nafplio for coastal charm (where we will stay for two more nights), and Epidaurus for a brush with ancient theatrical genius.
The journey continues to Olympia, the sacred birthplace of the Olympic Games, and winds through the countryside to discover local traditions like olive oil and honey production before returning to Athens.
A short flight then takes you to Santorini, where volcanic landscapes, the archaeological marvel of Akrotiri, and the serene waters of the caldera await. We have three wonderful nights here. Between sailing adventures, wine tastings, and evenings watching the sunset over the Aegean, the pace slows, allowing you to savor the island’s beauty before your farewell breakfast on the final day.
It’s a journey designed to move seamlessly from the energy of the mainland to the tranquility of the islands—giving you time to reflect, connect, and carry home stories you’ll treasure forever.
