It would be an absolute shame if you were to travel through Tuscany and not be able to taste all the wines that are offered there.
Even though it would be impossible to taste every single type of wine this Italian region could offer, Nada’s Italy does its best to make its tours through Tuscany accommodable for avid wine-tasters. For starters, when you choose this tour, you’ll be provided with at least two bottles of wine (either red or white, your choice) for your whole adventure. But other than that, we also allow our tourists to venture through landmark regions and cities that are filled with wines for taste and for sale. Generally, when it comes to our Tuscany wine tours, it’s virtually impossible to not be able to get a taste of a wide variety of wines. Even during those few moments when you get to rest, you’ll be able to sip on from a glass before we venture to our next destination.
Our small group tours through Tuscany provides plentiful flavors for you to taste. But these aren’t just any sort of flavors, they’re wines that are very popular amongst Tuscany.
You will, for instance, get to taste one of the best dry white wines made in this world when we visit San Gimignano, a medieval hilltop town. In San Gimignano, you can sip on wine and tantalize your senses as you take in the historical view of this region. And then later you can also sip on even more exquisite wine as you dine in a “surprise” location in Siena.
You can also experience the beauty of the highest hilltop town in Tuscany - Montepulciano - a destination that’s recognized as the land of the Vino Nobile (the nobleman’s wine). During this part of the tour, you can sip on some luxury wine and even take a stroll through this fairytale-like region. Later, you’ll have dinner paired with excellent wine in a local vineyard and farm.
With our wine tasting tours in Tuscany, we feel more than certain that you’ll enjoy your flavor-tasting journey
The best feature of Nada’s Italy wine tours through Tuscany is the visit to the privately-owned medieval castle that houses one of the oldest underground cellars. With this feature of the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the history of this Tuscany landmark location as well as its cellar. Following this part of the tour, you’ll be able to dine with the best food around and will also be able to take photos around the property after.
You’ll get the ultimate taste of Italy when you join Nada’s Italy for their culinary tours through Tuscany. Tuscany is a region full of zestful cuisine that can leave even the most experienced chef perplexed in how they’re able to accomplish such flavors. It’d be a crime if we didn’t allow our tourists the opportunity to dine in different regions of Tuscany. With each region we visit, there are sure going to be unique regions that offer the most amazing food. And besides just eating it, you’ll also get the chance to learn how such food is made.
Don’t hesitate at all in booking us for the best food tasting tours through Tuscany.
Most people often mistake the term “culinary” for just connotating with only food. And while the definition of culinary does relate closely to food, the term itself actually refers to the process of cooking as a whole. So when we say that we offer culinary tours through Tuscany, Italy, we actually offer patrons the opportunity to indulge in the food and to also get a glimpse of remarkable Italian cooking practices.
A few days after you arrive in Tuscany, you’ll actually get hands-on experience in preparing your own lunch as you’re instructed by a local and professional chef. Later in the tour, you’ll even be able to learn how to make your own pasta, which you will also enjoy eating later.

just returned from Nada's Dolce Vita tour - this was my second trip with them, and their trips are spectacular! My experience both trips was truly special (I traveled solo both times). Their "signature tours" are 10 days and the itineraries are a perfect balance of learning about the culture, seeing the beautiful cities and towns, while enjoying the sweet life of wonderful food and conversation. You have experiences that larger tours would not offer - like visiting organic family wineries, private tours of a world renown ceramic studio and having lunch with the family of olive oil producers (on their farm!). I experienced all of that on the Dolce Vita tour. Our tour guide made everything fun and handled everything for us, and our driver was there with us for the whole tour, which made everything so much easier. They were both fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Nada's Italy.
I was constantly pleasantly surprised. Florence was best, Rome was second, then Venice. I really liked Orvieto and Sienna. Orvieto for the shopping and plaza. Sienna for the quirkiness of it all. San Gimignano had great restaurants and was fascinating. Antonella made two 12 person dinner reservations for the group at our request. Those were enjoyable since the group got along well. For those we got to pick food that we wanted to have again. I am astonished that I did not gain weight since I ate so well and with multiple dishes and wine.
This was our (wife and mine) 2nd trip to Italy. The first one was in Sicily for a long weekend in Taormina. However, I have to say that Nada's is a first rate quality Italy Tour Guide service and I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with the quality of their service and itinerary. It really is that good! Our guides were Clarissa and Alessandro; and they were the absolute best we could have imagined to show us around. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny as heck..... and they made our entire vacation in Italy that much better! I can't say enough about how "genuine" they were throughout the 10 days we spent there. They truly "like" their jobs and it shows! We had so many laughs with both of them, especially on the bus rides. To travel with several couples and have private tour guides for the entire time is a great way to see Italy! Everything was customized for us and both hotels were very very good! We had spectacular wine and farm tours ( i.e., one was learning how Mozzarella was really made and the other was learning about how some very nice red and white wines were made in the Italy mountains), we cooked pasta and pizza on one of the farms and even ate what we cooked. We had two great days in Rome seeing everything we wanted, and had two fantastic boat rides on the Amalfi Coast. We visited Pompei ruins, Greek temples, went to Capri by boat, and had many more tours to boot. The lunches and dinners were excellent and the "included" food with our package was at excellent restaurants. There was no skimping on the quality of food and restaurants included in the package. The service and seating was always top notch. Our group liked to eat and taste the wine, so we really looked forward to lunches and dinners! Long live Limoncello!! Can't say enough about this vacation! The Italian people we met were extremely warm and gracious, and we all loved Italy!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This tour also provided very unique opportunities not found on any other tour. First class all the way!
Wonderful (and knowledgeable) tour group!
